My personal spiritual journey follows a labyrinth archetype: sometimes frustrating creative journeying that requires deep patience and accompaniment. I have participated in myriad spiritual communities and networks in my lifetime.
My spiritual orientation has a foundation in priest-paleontologist Pierre Teilhard de Chardin’s perception that “"We are not human beings having a spiritual experience We are spiritual beings having a human experience."
I am a graduate of Mercy Center's Spiritual Direction Institute, the oldest spiritual direction program in the United States. I am a licensed addiction specialist who works with clients with complex issues, addiction and trauma. I am certified in the practice of ecopsychology, a practice in which we got into nature to do our work. I am an interfaith minister and a woman in long-term recovery.
For those who seek to deepen a connection with life’s sacredness and meaning. I provide individual and group spiritual direction in Marin County, by appointment at client locations and via Skype.
I am a companion for your journey to attune to your authentic self, to hear the call of your heart’s desires and to create and deepen your own faith and prayer practices. Discover freedom and release from self-constructed barriers leading to addictive practices and empower yourself and others to show up, tell your truth and participate in life to the fullest.
