I specialize in depth & transpersonal psychology, trauma work, Internal Family Systems, dreamwork, and spirituality. I have worked with a wide variety of individuals, including people in life transitions, therapists, clergy, and people from First Nations communities. For over 25 years, I have been privileged to see many individuals and couples make meaningful changes and have successful outcomes in their lives due to engaging in therapy, improving their relationship to themselves and others.
Beyond a Doctorate in Psychology from the University of British Columbia, I am a trained Spiritual Director from the Vancouver School of Theology. I am currently an analytical candidate at the C.G Jung Institute of San Francisco, training to become a Jungian Analyst. I have taught at the University level, and I enjoy supervising therapists in training. I have led workshops on dreamwork and personal growth for many different communities. Before choosing to relocate to California, I lived and practiced in Canada and Germany. I take joy in hiking, making music, and traveling.
