My journey as a helping professional began far earlier than my formal education or

training. As a sensitively attuned child, I thrived on being seen and seeing others.

Meaning, purpose, and healing reside in deep connection with others. It is an honor and

a privilege to support and gently guide people to live more aligned with their hearts and

true selves. When one is taken off course from being and living authentically, therapy is

a safe place where we can sort through together what is no longer working, and develop

and practice new approaches that are more in alignment.

I work with a wide variety of concerns, including helping people who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, major life transitions, self-doubt, low self-worth, addiction, codependency, family/relational stress, and new motherhood. I specialize in work supporting people who identify as being highly sensitive (HSP). Taking care of one’s whole body, mind, spirit, and nervous system is an important component of the therapy process. I incorporate eco-therapy, the Hakomi method, somatic practices, attachment theory, and trauma-informed practices in our therapy sessions.

I work with people from various cultural, socio-economic, religious, and spiritual

backgrounds. My practice is trauma-informed and LGBTQQI+ friendly. I am always

open to and actively learning about how to be more inclusive and knowledgeable about

historically marginalized people.
