For the past 15 years, I have dedicated myself to providing spiritual mentoring for individuals seeking to connect with what is most essential and sacred in their lives, as well as those on a path of awakening. I also have a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work, extensive post-graduate training as a Gestalt psychotherapist, and over 25 years of experience as a practicing psychotherapist. In addition, I am a Certified Yoga Therapist and serve as President of the iRest Institute, where I lead teacher trainings and retreats designed to help individuals awaken to their most essential nature through the practice of iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation. iRest is also a form of somatic inquiry that is steeped in the understanding of nondual Awareness – that Essential Nature underlies, pervades, and gives rise to everything in the Cosmos.
Through my spiritual mentoring work with individuals, I support the deep calling or heartfelt longing that is most alive for you. Our time together may include connecting with your innate wholeness, welcoming home parts of yourself that have felt disconnected, and uncovering your inner wisdom as you awaken to the Divine or the Mystery. My intention is to help you embrace your own unique sacred journey and cultivate a greater sense of clarity, trust, and peace. I provide individual spiritual mentoring in person at the Interfaith Counseling Center in San Anselmo, CA, as well as online, welcoming those who seek to explore and deepen their spiritual lives in a supportive and compassionate environment.
